- Corten Steel (ASTM A588) — 5× atmospheric corrosion resistance vs standard steel. Self-healing patina protects the structure for decades without paint or coating maintenance.
- Marine-Grade Insulation — Closed-cell spray foam with vapor barrier. No sagging, no moisture absorption, no thermal bridging. Consistent R-35 performance across the full envelope.
- Fire-Rated Assemblies — Wall and ceiling assemblies tested to ASTM E119. 1-hour fire separation between units in multi-unit configurations.
- Double-Glazed Thermal Windows — Low-E coated, argon-filled. Tempered safety glass. Thermal break frames eliminate condensation and heat transfer at the building envelope.
